Nice, sturdy stand. Collapses down to a very be portable. But is almost identical to the Griffin 1093-CURV2 which is about $20 less. Like the other reviewer said it is not overly tall. It put my laptop up high enough to work over my midi controller. If you have to have it in black and want a carrying case then this is the one for you. Otherwise go with the one by Griffin.

Great item however, the height is only 5.5 inches. I was using it for a laptop over a 61 not keyboard for words to read while I'm sing and it was too low. The back should have an adjustable height or should come in different heights for various needs
